The collective experience of Covid19 has highlighted how little we know about trauma. Companies are recognizing a need to build and nurture a trauma-informed culture. A workplace that is not trauma-informed suffers.

All this can affect the workplace in higher turnover rates, increased training costs, poor client outcomes, stressed work culture, and loss of productivity. It’s in a company’s best interest to cultivate trauma-informed leaders and culture.

Results
A pre and post training survey of company culture would make for good result measurements here, though I also believe you could compare the rates of absenteeism, turnover, and workplace disagreements to measure the effect of this training.
